    Hailing from New Zealand, where she completed her Psychology Degree, Olivia has had various roles in the industry. From developing school holiday programs for children with mental health issues, to managing residential homes for individuals with Autism and overseeing transitions from long-term hospitalization, there is no challenge she shies away from. That determination and passion for helping people led her to further her studies in Mental Health at Griffith University and Forensic Psychology at Curtin University. Olivia is committed to making sure participants remain the focus of all decisions at Alula.

    The reason we can keep the lights on, Eloy has owned businesses in various industries - from Marketing to Finance and even Baking, he's done it all. The one thing that ties it all together is his relentless desire for improving the customer experience. A passionate mentor and coach, Eloy finds personal satisfaction in teaching financial literacy and helping people become financially independent through good money management, smart investment strategies and leveraging assets. At Alula, he ensures all decisions are for the good of participants by following our 4 Pillars of Care: Compassion, Empowerment, Independence & Integrity.

    There is no challenge Sarah doesn't tackle head on, her goal is to build strong and trusting relationships with her clients and provide support that leads to fulfilling lives. Sarah's background in nursing studies enhances her ability to deliver compassionate care, grounded in empathy, dignity and respect. Her passion and experience with complex mental health is a great asset to Alula. She excels at managing challenging situations with professionalism and empathy, and her ability to collaborate across various stakeholder groups means she is integral to the client recovery journey.
