Alula Services is a registered NDIS provider offering 24/7 Supported Independent Living, including 1:1 and shared support arrangements. We can provide support in accommodation we provide or arrange, or in your existing home, subject to suitability, funding and available capacity.
Support that fits how you live
SIL provides help or supervision with daily tasks for people with substantial support needs. With Alula, your support arrangement is individualised around your routines, preferences and the assistance you need.
Support can include personal care, daily living assistance, household tasks, medication prompting and overnight support. We discuss the tasks, support times and staffing arrangement with you before support starts.
1:1 and shared support
We offer both 1:1 and shared SIL support. The appropriate arrangement depends on your needs, funded supports, living situation and available capacity. Shared support is planned around the people living together; a particular staffing ratio or overnight arrangement is confirmed individually.
Your home, or accommodation we provide or arrange
You do not need to move into an Alula-arranged home to enquire about SIL support. We can discuss support in your existing home as well as accommodation options.
We currently have SIL accommodation opportunities in Redbank Plains and Marsden, subject to individual suitability and actual availability. Where a suitable option is not already available, we can consider establishing additional accommodation when it is operationally and commercially viable. This is assessed individually and is not a guarantee of a new home or start date.
Your say in your support team
You are involved in matching support workers to your needs and preferences. We prioritise continuity of workers and individualised support arrangements, with experienced management supporting service delivery.

Supported Independent Living (SIL) funding covers eligible assistance from support workers with daily activities. It does not cover rent, groceries or ordinary living expenses.
Alula provides or arranges accommodation in regular residential homes. Our properties are not Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA).
Some homes may have accessibility features, depending on the property. We discuss individual requirements and confirm whether a home is suitable before making arrangements.
Accommodation and SIL support are provided under separate agreements.

Our established service area extends from Caboolture through Brisbane to Logan and Ipswich. We are developing capacity on the northern Gold Coast and consider other locations individually.
