Alula Services is a registered NDIS provider offering in-home personal care and assistance with daily living. Whether you need help with everyday routines or overnight support, we work with you to agree an individualised arrangement that fits your needs, funding and local availability.
Help with everyday life
Our in-home supports include:
Personal care and daily living assistance.
Household tasks and everyday home routines.
Medication prompting.
Overnight support.
We discuss the tasks you want help with, your preferred support times and how you like things done.
Medication prompting means reminders; any request for medication administration or a clinical intervention requires a separate scope assessment and is not promised by this page.
Support workers matched with your involvement
You have a say in worker matching and your support arrangements. We prioritise continuity of workers so your team can become familiar with your routines and preferences. Experienced management supports the planning and delivery of your service.
Overnight support
If you need support overnight, contact us to discuss your needs and available arrangements. The type of overnight support, staffing and schedule are agreed individually; overnight support does not automatically mean active support throughout the night.
Our Service Area
We provide support across our established area from Caboolture through Brisbane to Logan and Ipswich.
Northern Gold Coast capacity is developing, and we consider other locations individually. Availability depends on the support requested, location and support times.

We will discuss service suitability, your preferences, funding arrangements and available capacity. Detailed information is collected through the agreed intake process, with appropriate permission.

Service suitability: Alula does not currently provide stoma or colostomy care, or enteral feeding interventions. Please discuss any clinical or specialist support requirements with us before making arrangements.
